If an item is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to receive without explanation, the customer will be charged for shipping (round-trip) plus an administration fee of 525 yen (tax included). Please understand this in advance.

宅配便は出来る限り、大きなダンボールを使わずお送りしております。
ネコポス便．ゆうバケットは、A４サイズの封筒でお届けさせていただいております。
