Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or faulty or otherwise caused by our company.
Please call us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for customer convenience.
We will accept returns for the customer's convenience, but the customer is responsible for all shipping and transfer charges.
Returned items cannot be sold twice and will be charged a handling fee of 501 TP3T of the invoice amount. Please understand that we cannot sell returned items twice.
However, we will accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or faulty or otherwise caused by our company.
Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If the item is returned for customer's reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Product Warranty
The warranty period varies depending on the product. Please refer to the instruction manual enclosed with the product or the relevant product page.
Products that do not have a warranty period indicated on the product page are warranted for a period of one month from the date of purchase.
Please contact the delivery company directly for any items lost after shipment.

*We reserve the right to charge the customer for any damages incurred by our store due to cash on delivery without prior notice.
We will not accept returns for products that are more than 7 business days old after arrival, so please send them back as soon as possible.
Unacceptable exchanges and returns
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns of any products that are defective in any of the following cases.
Products that are past the warranty period
Damage or defects due to carelessness in handling, dropping, impact, or misuse.
Products that have been disassembled, modified, or decorated by the customer
Goods bought and sold through auctions and other private sales
After collecting the product, we may collect a replacement product or charge the customer an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the product if there is an obvious problem with the customer's use of the product.
